Who here loves a good sour? Here is the recipe for a Gin sour cocktail developed by the wonderful @ausbotanicals

Baker's Aperol Gin Sour By Ausbotanicals 🍹

45ml Aperol
-
45ml Bakers Dozen Gin @hang10distillery

30ml Lemon Juice
-
15ml Aquafaba
-
1 tsp simple syrup
-
Ice
-
Garnish - garden flower
How to:
- In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients except ice and give a dry shake.
- Add ice and shake again.
- Shake for approx 28secs & double strain into a cocktail glass.

Drain a can of chickpeas and reserve the liquid

Whip with a mixer for 3-6 minutes
