🍸 Rhubarb Tumble
A fresh and zesty mix of vodka, Baker’s Dozen Gin, rhubarb, basil, and citrus. It’s like a winter garden in a glass. Bright, aromatic, and smooth.
🌅 Sunset Breakfast
Inspired by those late winter sunrises, this cocktail features apricot, mandarin, caramel and our Surfer’s Signature Gin. Sweet, slightly spiced, and incredibly balanced.
🌺 Hibiscus Negroni
We’ve taken the classic Negroni for a walk in the winter woods. Featuring pear, brown sugar, hibiscus and grapefruit, blended with vermouth, our house-made gin, Italian bitters, and Seadrift non-alc gin. It’s rich, bold, and just bitter enough.
🖤 Fig Wasp
Charred fig syrup, honey, and non-alcoholic Seadrift Hibiscus Gin come together in this moody, mellow mocktail. Want it with booze? Just ask.
