Half Pace Brewing Company is a start up Nano Brewery in collaboration with Hang 10 Distillery in which all beers are brewed onsite at Warriewood. Over the course of around 12 months or so Dan and Deon slowly pieced together a small Brew House built from a combination of second hand equipment and custom built parts. A super simple set up which is capable of producing up to 500 Litres of Beer or Spirit Wash at a time.

Half Pace Brewer Dan knocks out batch sizes of 150-300 litres with a focus on highly flavourful, aromatic and quality over quantity types of beers. Still having a full time day gig, Dan puts down all the Half Pace brews in his spare time.

Half-Pace Brewing Company is the first brewery to have opened in Warriewood since May 2024 with Hang 10 Distillery opening. Currently pouring from five taps at the Hang 10 Distillery Bar, Half-Pace intends on growing but clearly not all that quickly!

We’re now excited to announce that our Laid-back Lager and Day Dream'n Hazy Pale Ale are now in cans for take away and online purchase. Grab a 4-pack or 8-pack through our website, you can pick it up for free at the distillery or we can also do a free local delivery.

    This Hazy little Pale Ale features a mix of our favourite NZ’d and American Hops bringing an intense amount of tropical fruit, stone fruit and an ever so slight dankness. All layered on top of a malt bill built to be full, soft and hazy. Designed for a session but we reckon it’ll give ya your hop and haze fix on almost any occasion.

  • Sunset Belgian Ale 4.8%

    Sessionable Belgian Style Ale featuring all the character and esters you'd expect in a typical Belgian but with a lower ABV so you can have a couple more... Cheers!

  • Easily Led Astray - Hazy IPA - 6.0%

    Hazy IPA brewed with a combination of American and NZ'd hops that bring a juicy mix of tropical, citrus and stone fruit in the flavour and aroma department. Opaque as with a haze for dayz

  • Thirst Quencher: Lemon, Passionfruit Wild Ale 5.2%

    Designed to quench ya thirst, this sour and refreshing Wild Ale is fermented with a bunch of Brettanomyces before receiving restrained additions of both Passionfruit and Lemon Zest. All coming together to create a beer that is super simple yet at the same time intriguing and complex. Looking for a Thirst Quencher on hot summers day? This will likely get the job done! Cheers!
