Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times will be within 3-7 working days to all major metropolitan areas (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). It can take longer for regional areas.
Please note: Delivery timelines are a guideline and subject to any unforeseen or unavoidable event beyond Hang 10 Distillery’s reasonable control. Also, note there may be delays due to a high parcel demand in Australia.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA)
We do not offer overseas shipping. You can order within Australia and organise your own forwarding service, or maybe a friend can assist you.
As our product contains alcohol, excise and customs duties may apply at the port of entry. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Returns, replacements, and refunds are provided only when the product is faulty or damaged and is at the sole discretion of Hang 10 Distillery. Please notify Hang 10 within five days of the delivery if you believe a product to be faulty or damaged. Where Hang 10 accepts a return, free shipping may be provided, and a replacement or refund will be issued once confirmed by Hang 10 that the product is indeed faulty or damaged.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
CHANGE OF MIND
For a change of mind or errors in the purchase, Hang 10 will refund your item up to 30 days from the date of your purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original sealed condition with the safety seal in place. You are responsible for returning shipping any additional postage charges.
We will notify you by email of the returned item and, after inspection, will approve or reject the refund or credit. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
We pack our products in the best and safest way possible but sometimes, unfortunately, some damage can occur. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery and send a photo of the damaged goods to email@example.com, and we will be in touch.
