This one-hour guided experience is the perfect way to explore one of Sydney’s most exciting boutique distilleries. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how we craft our award-winning gins using sustainable, innovative methods — right here on the Northern Beaches.

Guided by our distiller, you'll dive into our handcrafted process, learn how we select and balance botanicals, and gain insight into how to taste and identify key flavour notes in gin. It's educational, delicious, and a great way to spend time with friends, family, or visiting guests.

Cost: 
$45 per person

Minimum of 4 people per event - Maximum of 15 people per event.

Cancellation policy
We understand sometimes life gets busy so if you can't attend anymore, please let us know up to 48 hours before the event and we will issue a refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the event, you will not be refunded. You may give your spot to someone else if you can't attend - please contact us to let us know.
