Aged for over three years in an American oak ex-bourbon barrel, this whisky redefines tradition by incorporating leftover sourdough bread and malted barley, sourced from New South Wales, Australia.

This marks Hang 10 Distillery’s first limited-edition whisky release, offering fewer than 180 bottles. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Making it a truly rare collector’s item.

This isn’t just any whisky. The Goofy Barrel is the world’s first whisky made from leftover sourdough bread, ensuring that what might have gone to waste is transformed into liquid gold. Exclusively using Berkelo’s brown loaf sourdough bread and Voyager Craft Malt’s Schooner variety, this whisky embodies both sustainable craftsmanship and extraordinary flavour.
