And since the early days of Hang 10 Distillery, there’s been one Australian vermouth brand you’ll consistently find behind our bar: Regal Rogue.
We’ve been using Regal Rogue across our cocktail menu from the beginning, including their Bold Red in our classic Negroni.
So for Negroni Month, we're teaming up with our mates at Regal Rogue to celebrate one of our favourite cocktails.
From 21 September – 21 October, we're pouring $20 Negronis all month long at our Warriewood distillery on Sydney's Northern Beaches, choose between our Classic or the new Wild One.
And if you'd rather take Negroni hour home, our bottled Negroni is $80 for the month, usually $95.

THE CLASSIC
Our classic Hang 10 Negroni brings together three Australian-made ingredients:
Baker’s Dozen Gin
Our original Hang 10 gin, distilled right here in Warriewood on Sydney’s Northern Beaches.
Hang 10 Italian Bitters
Our house-made bitters bringing that essential bitter side to the classic Negroni.
Regal Rogue Bold Red
The Australian vermouth we’ve been pouring in our Negronis since the early days.
Finished with orange and served over ice.
Bitter, boozy and beautifully simple.
Usually $24, we're pouring the Classic for $20 throughout Negroni Month.
THE WILD ONE
For Negroni Month, we also wanted to have a little fun with the classic.
Enter The Wild One.
We’ve paired our Baker’s Dozen Gin and Hang 10 Italian Bitters with Regal Rogue Wild Rose, then added raspberry and grapefruit.
The result is a fruitier, slightly softer take on the classic Negroni, with a beautiful pink hue.
Still a Negroni. Just a little wilder.
And it's $20 throughout Negroni Month too.
