Classic Dry Gin
Just like our classic kombi, this gin is awesome.
It's a delicious sustainable classic dry gin was created using a base alcohol fermented from surplus bread and infused with beautiful organic flavours of piney juniper, sweet cassia and almond, soft cardamom and pepper notes, rounded off with grapefruit citrus and lemon scented gum from the Australian bush.
The kombi on the front of the bottle is our 1974 Bay window that we found in country South Australia back in 2018. It had been sitting in the shed since 1988!
This gin is inspired by our surf & cafe culture as well as the search for ways to reduce food waste. Working with local bakeries on Sydney's Northern Beaches, we used unsold sourdough bread that would have otherwise been wasted. We repurposed it, gave it a new life and created a unique and delicious gin for you to enjoy.
