Award-winning Gin, London Dry Style, Handcrafted from unsold sourdough bread and a touch of botanicals.
Now, this is something different. We have created the base alcohol of this gin using organic surplus bread from local bakeries on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We then distilled with delicious botanicals to produce a delicious gin that will never let you down.
This gin is inspired by our surf & cafe culture as well as the search for ways to reduce food waste. Working with local bakeries on Sydney's Northern Beaches, we used unsold sourdough bread that would have otherwise been wasted. We repurposed it, gave it a new life and created a unique and delicious gin for you to enjoy.

Dry gin that's clear and bright. Touches of mandarin with the classic juniper flavour. Dry, soft and smooth with a beautiful finish.

Mix with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic, also goes great with Soda Water and a slice of cucumber or lemon. Perfect for a dry martini with Regal Rogue Lively White Vermouth.
