Our newest gin and now award-winning! Gin Handcrafted from unsold sourdough bread and a touch of botanicals.
Now, this is something different. We have created the base alcohol of this gin using organic surplus bread from local bakeries on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We then distilled with delicious botanicals to produce a delicious gin that will never let you down. Mix up a drink with Hang 10 Distillery Baker’s Dozen Gin and share your creations with us @Hang10distillery.
Tasting Notes:
Base spirit: Leftover sourdough bread & malt grain
Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Mandarin Peel, Black Tea & Grains of Paradise. This gin is gluten-free and vegan.
This gin is inspired by our surf & cafe culture as well as the search for ways to reduce food waste. Working with local bakeries on Sydney's Northern Beaches, we used unsold sourdough bread that would have otherwise been wasted. We repurposed it, gave it a new life and created a unique and delicious gin for you to enjoy.
