Silvertail Gin was a one-off, limited-edition collaboration between Hang 10 Distillery and the Manly Sea Eagles, crafted to celebrate the fans and the spirit of the Northern Beaches.

This exclusive batch was available until 31 October, and is now no longer available for sale.

Distilled in small batches with juniper, orange peel, coriander seed, and angelica root, Silvertail Gin captured the essence of a crisp, classic London Dry gin, bold, bright, and distinctly coastal.

Silvertail Gin brings together the creative distilling expertise of Hang 10 Distillery and the unwavering loyalty of Manly’s supporter community. A London Dry-style gin made to celebrate the coastal spirit and fan passion of the Northern Beaches.

Why Silvertails?

In the 1970s, the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles rose to dominance, claiming four premierships (1972, 1973, 1976, 1978) and stamping their place as one of Rugby League’s powerhouses. Based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, the Club carried an image of polish and prosperity that contrasted sharply with the working-class roots of many rival teams. This divide earned them the nickname “Silvertails” …  a label soon woven into the mythology of Manly’s success.

Botanical Balance

Silvertail Gin is crafted with a refined mix of botanicals that create a crisp and classic London Dry profile. Juniper provides the bold backbone, while orange peel lifts with bright citrus, coriander seed adds aromatic spice, and angelica root grounds the spirit with earthy depth. The result is a gin that’s smooth, balanced, and distinctly coastal.
