Our mission goes beyond crafting spirits, we’re dedicated to making a difference. By using surplus bread to create our base spirits, we’re helping to reduce food waste in Australia, one bottle at a time.

Our bar is open Thursday to Saturday, offering a unique and inviting space for you to experience our sustainable spirits firsthand. Did you know Australia wastes 7.6 million tonnes of food each year?

And 70% of this is perfectly edible*. At Hang 10 Distillery, we rescue unsold bread (that's still fresh) from local bakeries and ferment it for our base spirit. This is our first step in creating delicious drinks!
