At Hang 10 Distillery, we take pride in crafting unique gins from scratch using leftover bread from Bonfire & Berkelo bakeries, along with malted grain. All our gins are gluten-free and vegan, ensuring a quality experience for everyone. Here’s a closer look at the distinct characteristics and flavour profiles of our three standout gins so you can pick your favourite! 

Baker’s Dozen Gin

Our First Creation

Baker's Dozen Gin is our inaugural release, crafted with a blend of delicious botanicals including juniper berry, coriander seeds, angelica root, rose hip, almond, and lavender, plus a few secret spices. This gin is anything but ordinary; it’s more herbal and botanical, almost reminiscent of a Christmas gin.

  • Botanicals: Juniper berry, coriander seeds, angelica root, rose hip, almond, lavender
  • Mix With: Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic or ginger ale
  • Best Garnish: Slice of orange, strawberry, raspberry, rosemary (avoid lemon and lime)

Classic Summer Gin

Award-Winning Refreshment

Our Classic Summer Gin has earned recognition with three medals: silver in 2022 and bronze in 2023 from the Australian Gin Awards, and bronze from the Melbourne Royal in 2023. This gin boasts a beautiful array of organic botanicals, offering a dry, light, and refreshing taste perfect for a sunny afternoon.

  • Botanicals: Piney juniper, sweet cassia bark, almond, soft cardamom, pepper notes, grapefruit citrus, lemon scented gum from the Australian bush
  • Mix With: Fever Tree Indian Tonic or Soda Water
  • Best Garnish: Lime, lemon, or cucumber

Surfer’s Signature Gin

Our Newest Addition

Meet our latest creation, Surfer’s Signature Gin. This might just be our favorite yet! With a botanical blend that includes juniper, coriander seeds, mandarin peel, black tea, and grains of paradise, this gin closely resembles a classic London Dry. It’s perfect for a refreshing gin & tonic that everyone can enjoy.

  • Botanicals: Juniper, coriander seeds, mandarin peel, black tea, grains of paradise
  • Mix With: Fever Tree Indian Tonic or Soda Water
  • Best Garnish: Lemon or cucumber
