We’re incredibly proud to announce that Hang 10 Distillery has been awarded a total of 9 medals at the prestigious Melbourne Royal 2025 International Spirits Awards!
Leading the charge was our Surfer’s Signature Gin, which scored Silver and came within reach of Gold. Judges praised its strong juniper character and citrus notes, with only a minor note holding it back, something we’re already refining for next year.
Also earning Silver medals:
🥈Baker’s Dozen Gin – Loved for its floral, spicy palate
🥈Summer Classic Gin – A well-balanced gin
🥈Ocean Crest Vodka – A dry vodka with character
🥉 Our Goofy Barrel Whisky received a Bronze, recognized for its complex floral palate.

Now in its 11th year, the Australian International Spirits Awards is the first and largest awards program dedicated to Australian distilled spirits and liqueurs. Conducted by Melbourne Royal and supported by the Australian Distillers Association (ADA), the 2025 awards marked a major milestone, expanding to welcome international entries for the very first time. This exciting evolution not only gives Australian distilleries like ours the chance to shine on a global stage, but also raises the bar for craft spirit excellence worldwide.
